Game Preview: Real Salt Lake at DC United

By: jon | April 25th, 2008

Hey, where’d all my commentors go? I go away for one week….

AAAAnnyway, looks like we’ve got a big game here. Not big, in one sense, because the regular season means diddly in this retarded league, but big because this team has looked poor of late, and needs to find sweet sweet retribution against RSL. I mean c’mon. Kyle Beckerman….Gallardo.

Here are the standard linkages:
Something from a Miami newspaper…?
The standard MLS preview.
A blurb from the free WaPo paper.
Kreis blames himself for last week’s loss against TFC and vows revenge

There should be a few story’s from Goff here, but I got nuthin as of 3:14 on Friday. Check the WaPo site or the Insider before game time.

Predictions: This is the first MLS game of my 10 game package (that I was able to attend), so I will be here, and I will be pumped. I think DCU wakes from its slumber, and lays the wood to RSL, 4-0. Payback’s a bitch.

Oh! Me! I’ll comment. Of course, I have nothing to say except that I find it funny to see Greg Vanney’s name in your sidebar categories.

Once you have a category named after you, it becomes a part of The Permanent Record and follows you till death.

Not going to predict a score, but a performance. Marc Burch has a monster game, especially after learning that he’s on the US Nat’s radar once again.
