TRIBUTE TO VA TECH!

In honor and tribute to the victims of the Virginia Tech shootings, United will be sporting maroon jerseys, which will then be auctioned off to benefit the Hokie Spirit Memorial Fund. Afther the 4-2 loss to the Kansas City Wizards at RFK two weekends ago. United are tied with Toronto FC at the foot of the Eastern Conference table
with no points, now seven points adrift of the division leaders, Chicago Fire and New York Red Bulls.
According to the standings we are no better than the newest team in the league who is trading, dealing tons of players! I am hoping that in the two weeks of practice the team has figured out how to play with the three man back otherwise we might have another of the Dark Hudson years. Lastly I am hoping to see Fred coming in and getting more involved in the game and Gros dropping back and playing some D-E-F-E-N-C-E!
