Rui Costa has apparently signed with DC United while giving up opportunities to play at Panathinkaikos, Atletico MG and Flumininense(Link is in Portuguese). He is a right back mid-fielder and has signed a three year deal with DC and apparently is an excellent crosser according to his agent. Looks like Nowak was in South America really looking at folks all over! Good news!
