As this is the preseason, and the informal roster deadline for MLS teams is Monday, DCU made some moves which are quite interesting.
First, coming in. DCU has signed Dejan Jakovic from Red Star Belgrade, in a real, honest to god transfer. It’s like MLS is a real league and everything!

According to Goff, a trade has transpired that has sent Christian Gomez back to DC, in exchange for a DP slot, Ivan Guerrero, and a draft pick. DC also gets an international spot, and a 4th string goalie who will never ever play.

- DC lost today to Vejle Boldklub, 4-1. DC fielded mostly reserves and trialists, with a few exceptions. Trialist Ange N’Silu (formally of Le Havre) scored the loan goal for DC. For pictures and recaps, check out www.behindthebadge.
