SI says that we have signed Roger, a Brazilian defender, to a 1 year deal on a free. His last team was Fluminense.
I find it dubious that Goff didn’t get this first. So, take with grains of salt.

Meet your new DC United players: Rodney Wallace and Chris Pontius
